In-Person Notary:

  • VA and MD Residents: Meet me at a Washington, DC location (address will be provided at the time of appointment).

Mobile Notary:

  • I’ll come to you! Enjoy the convenience of notary services at your preferred location within the DMV area. Please note, for clients in Maryland (MD) and Virginia (VA), meetings must be arranged in Washington, DC.

In-Person Electronic Notary (IPEN):

  • I offer in-person electronic notary services at my Washington, DC location. The individual having the document notarized must physically appear before me, but the notarization will be done using technology, not paper.

Emergency Notary:

  • Need a notary outside of regular business hours? I offer emergency notary services with fees ranging from $50 to $250, depending on the urgency, time, and location.

Notary Services and Fees:

  • In-Person Notary: $5 per notarial act (as per D.C. regulations). Additional fees will apply for travel.
  • Mobile Notary: $5 per notarial act + travel fees.
  • Travel Fees: $1.50 per mile + $1 per minute (based on average travel time).
  • Emergency Notary: $5 per notarial act + additional fees based on urgency, time, and location.
  • Late Night or Holiday Notary: $5 per notarial act + additional fees for late night or holiday service.

Availability:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM (Extended hours available by appointment)
  • Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM (Extended hours available by appointment)
  • Sunday: By appointment only (Urgent requests accommodated)
  • Emergency Notary Services Available 24/7

In-Person Electronic Notary (IPEN):

  • As an IPEN, I can notarize documents using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. However, the individual having the document notarized must physically appear before me.
  • Please ensure you bring a valid ID and all necessary documents for the notarization process.
